I really like this concept and have used it for about one year.
I like it better than other nasal pillow retentive systems.
Some suggestions...
User: the upper comfort pad must be positioned directly above the ear...otherwise it will cut at times.
A bigger suggestion and I hope the manufacturer makes the modification:
The retentive "ribs" on the pull-tabs need to be made larger in height to be more retentive.
My body's natural oils (I think I am average) make these areas oily and then they slip...and are not nearly as retentive.
It is a bother to have to continuously adjust this fine system...
It is almost there !!...Please make this manufacturing suggestion happen...

I have been using this mask for quite sometime. It's the best mask I've used during my time with CPAP equipment. My only concern is the air that comes from the Mask just above the hose attachment. I don't like it blowing on me while I am sleeping. It also bothers my wife sleeping next to me. It needs a clip on filter that will soften the escaping air. I have a different mask that fits over my nose that has such a filter that is built into the mask and you never feel any air blowing on you at night. I love the nasal pillows because I can successfully use this mask with my beard.

This sounds like a good mask when you first hear about it and it is comfortable to wear but the ear hooks so to not work in my favor. When it stays on this is golden but if it comes off it is not fun. Maybe Resmed could make it adjustable?

It's simple and it's good. The pillow is soothing and doesn't annoy me when I sleep. It's pretty convenient, really quiet and it's comfortable for me. Sleeping better since I got this.

I have worn a number of nasal masks and nasal pillows over the last 15 years.. I was concerned that the ear attachment might not be comfortable, as I often sleep on my side. I bought it anway because it came with the standard headgear included. Turns out that the ear attachment is soft and comfortable, and I have the standard headgear as a back up! It has excellent seal without being tight and no leakage or discomfort. No hair standing up in the morning from head gear is a nice plus. If you are a nasa pillows user, this is the one.
