How To Return Your Mask

Please contact us (email, chat, or call) before you return your mask. Have your invoice number ready.

When returning a mask, please insert ALL cushions, headgear, accessories and any other items included in the original mask package.
Shipping charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for shipping your return back to us
Return your item within 30 days of purchase.
Opened masks will be given an 100% store credit. 1 time only within a 6-month period. Unopened masks will be given a full refund.
