How to get started with the Bongo RX

Fitting won't be an issue with the Starter Kit because it comes with 4 different size nasal Bongos, a headgear, and a clamshell travel case. Once you have decided which Bongo size is best for you, you can simply order the Annual replacement kit which will come with 4 Bongos of the same size plus a headgear replacement and travel case.

How does the Bongo RX work?

Since the Bongo does not require power you can use it anywhere! This unique design uses soft nasal seals that fit inside the nostril. It allows air to flow in but has valves that close while venting holes. This generates EPAP (Expiratory Positive Airway Pressure) and slows the airflow down when exhaling, which will help keep your airways open while you sleep. This could be a great option for you if you suffer from mild obstructive sleep apnea.

Iā€™ve been on this a while now and I like it now. The first day or two it was a little hard to sleep with but once I learned to relax, it was fine. I donā€™t snore but did once , a little, while on my back. This is so much better than the CPAP ( which I never needed because Iā€™m under 10 ahi an hour) . CPAP cut it down to 5 but EPAP is just as good and so much easier! Iā€™m also waiting for the positional device to go on sale or the price to drop.
