AirMini Setup Pack for AirFit N20 Nasal Mask
AirFit N20 Nasal Mask Setup Kit
The setup kit includes all the needed attachments to pair the AirFit N20 nasal mask to the AirMini. The setup kit will include the following items; one AirMini tube, one N20 elbow, one HumidX waterless humidification HME, and one HumidX Plus waterless humidification HME. The specially designed AirMini tube is used to connect the mask to the AirMini travel machine. Users who already have the N20 mask will switch out the original elbow for the one that is included in the N20 Setup pack. Swapping out the elbow will allow the user to pair their existing mask with the AirMini.
HumidX and HumidX plus
ResMed has created a waterless humidification system now known as HumidX and HumidX Plus. The HME (Heat Moisture Exchanger) is connected to the AirMini tube which then connects to the AirFit N20 nasal mask. The HME is designed to cycle the moisture from an exhaled breath to reduce dryness. For climates that are drier, it is recommended to use the HumidX Plus to maximize the recycled moisture to provide the highest level of comfort.
This setup pack does not include a mask. Masks are purchased separately.
