Bad water chamber

I purchased this complete cpap machine, and it does work great. But, I have had to replace the water chamber 2x in less than 3 months. The bottom develops pin holes and slowly trickles all over the heat pad. And, you cannot open this water chamber to clean it out. I see that CPAPMAN now offers a new Humidifier with a different water chamber. I am going to go ahead and order but hope that it last longer. PS_ I did send a message through the chat site and no one ever responded. Again, the machine is good, but the water chamber will end up costing me the price of a new unit within 1 year at this rate.

I am sorry to hear that. You should reach out to the supplier you purchased it from as well. The water chamber cannot go in the dishwasher and do not use any harsh chemicals like bleach to clean it. This will give the product a longer lifespan.
